UV LAYER
EZ Flooring LVPs are added with additional aluminum oxide based UV protection layer to make the planks resistance to UV light within the sunlight. It also enriches the coloration and make the wood grain looks more realistic

EZ Flooring applies 20 Mil commercial grade wear layer across our product line. 20 Mil wear layer provides extreme scratch and stain resistance.

60% STONE-BASED CORE LAYER
EZ Flooring insists the use of a stone-based core layer comprising 60% stone compound to ensure the highest quality and durability of the planks. The vinyl material used is entirely new and not recycled. However, many big box brands are now opting for a 2-layer core, which includes a thinner layer of 60% stone compound vinyl and a thicker layer of lighter vinyl.

PRE-ATTACHED UNDERLAYMENT

To achieve optimal comfort and sound reduction, EZ Flooring incorporates pre-attached underlayment made of IXPE foam.
